I haven't lost any weight since I went off the rails last weekend, but my belt is getting looser!

That will happen from time to time as the fat is replaced by muscle. Make it a habit to measure yourself once a week and keep a journal with the measurements. You must measure: neck, waist, hips, upper arm, lower arm, wrist, thigh, calf and ankle.
