It's taken most of the week, but I think tomorrow I'll be back to where I was before my little "detour" over the weekend and I should be in ketosis again. I've found myself walking into the closet and feeling hopeful when I look at my clothes, instead of frustrated and despairing. I will be able to wear most of the stuff I love again... if only briefly on the way back down the scale. By the time I get to the end of this journey, I will have earned a whole new wardrobe. Good thing... I'll NEED it!
