Since my plateau.....being 138 something for over 3 weeks, I spent Sat, Sun and Monday going UP in calories and Tues going very low. 1800 and then 1350. Then back up to 1500-1800 the rest of this week. I was 139.4 on Tuesday, 137.8 on Wed, and 137.2 this morning! :-)

Calorie cycling can work well for some folks! Congrats on getting the drop!

glen, Every morning I wake up and I plan out my meals for the day. I know if I'll be working out or not. I'm still not using FS to log...I'm just using my fitbit for now but I love coming back here for recording weight and journals since fitbit doesn't really have a place to keep a journal. Plus, fitbit actually tells me I'm burning more than FS does, so I like that better lol. And I trust it because it has a heart rate monitor so it's a more accurate result. It's nice to not have to come on here and put in EVERY little thing that I did to count for cals burned :-) But I've met some great people here so I like coming back from time to time.

amen to that, Glen :-) I just ordered an exercise trampoline! I'm so excited and can't wait for it to get here. I can do that AND take my walks! I track my sleep too. I knew I didn't sleep well and when I got my fitbit, I wasn't really surprised at how little I got. I average between 3-5 hrs a night! :-( Oh well. I'm able to function by the grace of God, coffee, eating right, and exercising!
