OK Truth in weighing. I haven't been the best with my food or been able to work out 2 out of the last 3 days. BUT! I am happy that I am still in the 134 range. Although I mean to get back on track so I can lose 2 more pounds and tone up. SO..... today I will follow my eating plan and do my hour workout. Maybe longer.

134.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1202 kcal Fat: 29.23g | Prot: 109.10g | Carb: 88.99g.   Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half), Egg, Coffee, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener. Lunch: Celery, Apples, Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Spinach. Snacks/Other: Nature's Plus Spiru-Tein Chocolate Soy Protein Powder, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Peanut Butter, Bananas, Tyson Foods Canned Chicken Breast in Water, Merlot Wine, Marketside Sugar Snap Peas, Sargento Reduced Fat String Cheese, Apples. more...

hi HK, I have lost a bit of focus this last week too. Funny how as we get closer to our goal weight that little voice inside says "it's ok you can eat whatever you like now and don't worry about working out today, you deserve a rest"!!
