So excited! I can't remember when I was last this weight. Probably over 2 years ago. Maybe 3. Now to lose 1.5 more. It feels really great too. Really great. The trick now is not just to lose the 1.5 more but to keep my weight there. And if I can do it, anyone can. Just never give up.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1186 kcal Fat: 34.70g | Prot: 92.13g | Carb: 76.44g.   Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half), Egg, Coffee, Splenda No Calorie Sweetener. Lunch: Celery, Apples, Follow Your Heart Original Vegenaise, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner: Cooked Brussels Sprouts (Fat Added in Cooking), Salmon. Snacks/Other: Sargento Reduced Fat String Cheese, Merlot Wine, Nature's Plus Spiru-Tein Chocolate Soy Protein Powder, So Delicious Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Apples, Spinach. more...
