Here we go again! The New me about to emerge!!
This time I really think I can do it! I have bought the T25 box set (Hardcore American workout DVD'S)and began the programme yesterday - workout one was really tough....but ...i idi it! I am also joining slimming world tomorrow, not so much to follow the diet, but to have the weekly weigh in in front of other people, guess the pressure of being outed iof you were rubbish spurs you on! I am determined to look HOT in time for my birthday and Christmas. I have spent at least 10 years hating how jealous i get watching all the girls get their party dresses on whilst i opt for jeans and whatever top i feel least fat in.
