Only on day 3 of T25 and have eaten very healthily too - and 2lb down, Feeling motivated for another successful day :)
174.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 03 September 2015:
1425 kcal Fat: 64.98g | Prot: 92.95g | Carb: 117.11g.   Breakfast: San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water, Muller Greek 100 Blackberry & Raspberry. Lunch: The Biggest Loser Celery Sticks, Scallions or Spring Onions, Chicken Breast, Butter, Heinz Salad Cream, Radishes, Green Giant Little Gem Lettuce Hearts, Lowfat (1-2% Fat) Cottage Cheese, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Dinner: Zucchini, Sunflower Oil, Cooked Vegetables (Fat Not Added in Cooking), White Mushrooms (Stir-Fried), Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat). Snacks/Other: Crips Quavers, Dunkin' Donuts Freshly Brewed Tea with Skim Milk. more...

once we have moved into our bungalow I'm going to do T25 at the moment we live in a flat and I will sound like I'm coming through the ceiling. I have the programme all ready to go on my Mac

It is a bit full on! So it would be a bit loud for the people downstairs! It is so far amazing though, i have never sweated so much in my life even on a longer workout or a run! Let me know when you start :) x

I have watched some of them. If I did it now I may go through the floorboards 😀 I think the calorie content is low on the diet, at the moment I'm doing the NHS weight loss programme. About 1200 - 1400 a day.

I am not following any particular diet, just tracking what I eat on here and staying within the RDA (1200 i think), It is still much less than i was eating before and I am being really concious of what I am actually eating to use those calories :) I am joining slimming world tonight but really only to force myself to have a public weigh in !
