Every scale you weigh on can tell you something different. They are all calibrated differently and the flooring also effects the scale (should be a hard level surface). Doctors are supposed to calibrate their scales regularly (because so many people weigh on them, but many are not). Put an object(s) you know the weight of on your scale and to test accuracy. I do two hand weights. Pick one spot to keep your scale and keep it there. Weigh same time, same clothes, same everything to gauge your weight loss accurately. Be aware that many things effect the scale. Our bodies are made up of 60% water and factors such as exercise, sodium, amount of carbs and protein, medicine, sickness, stress, etc. and more can all effect our bodies and mask our losses with bloat. The scale can go up and down all day long.
