I don't know what is up with this!
168.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.6 lb a week

Don't get too discouraged - look at your food and see what you can tweak?

Thanks for the encouragement. My diet is a wreck. I just need to flip the switch and get my butt in gear.

Maybe consider starting 'small' instead of trying to overhaul the whole thing at once -- focus on one change or one meal at a time -- for e.g., reduce the cals in your morning coffee by switching creamer with vanilla almond milk or eat only healthy foods for lunch. Or swap out 1-2 processed foods a day for 1-2 whole foods. Once you've made a habit of that change, then add another, etc.
