I believe I have reached a plateau! Not recorded but I gained a couple pounds. I have been taking in a lot of sodium so I think it is water retention, my rings have been tight but starting to get looser. It is discouraging but will cut down on the salt and hope for the best.

Exercise also stimulates water retention as your muscle hold more fluid when they are in their repair mode. Drink plenty of water to flush it out and whooooossshh! I bet you will be down again soon.
