Day 69. Rained most of the day yesterday. No exercise and pretty much ate chicken thighs and that's it. this morning back at it , oatmeal and banana breakfast and packed my lunch. 2.25 mile walk in 45 minutes. New month!! I need to focus on my diet and increasing my exercise. Going to begin light weight training. I have all the weights and benches in my house. Now it is time to dust them off and use them. Eye on the prize! My goal this month is 12 pounds. Have a great day everyone!!
