My inpatience has always my downfall. My focus every minute of the day seems to be when & what I can eat next. Things aren't happening fast enough. I want some of the cake & ice cream from granddaughters birthday & the kit kat I was offered. I have found that stayi g under 900 calories gets me the loss I'm looking for but not the energy to exerise I need.. I have to figure this out before my frustration causes me to just give up.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
