It's Monday and back to the weekly grind.

It was another pleasant morning today for my run. The temperature was about in the mid 60's and the humidity wasn't bad. I was able to run my planned 5 miles without any issues. I was actually running faster than last week and my heart rate was lower throughout my run. I guess I'm getting more fit but that means I'm not burning as many calories for the distance I'm covering. My fitness watch confirmed that as I burned the same calories this morning going 5 miles as I did last Friday going 4.5 miles. That's the way it goes.

My weight is staying up but my bodyfat % is still down. Based on the readings my LBM has gone up 4.5 lbs while my weight has gone up 2. I'm sure it's just water as the amount of muscle you can build in a week is fairly small.

Tomorrow is upper body day. That means back, chest, shoulders and arms. It should be a good workout. I will drag myself out of bed and get to the gym.
