Well no binge eating this weekend, did treat myself to less than 1/2c of ice cream today. Not really hungry today. decided to eat dinner so i wouldn't midnight snack and throw my diet. Monday is comming in the afternoon think I will weigh myself, and then start doing it on Mondays and Fridays, to see how the new eating habits are panning out.
