well 4 days into this new eating lifestyle that the Doctor ordered me on. Soo far so good, i am concerned about the weekend though. not as busy and it's very tempting to snack. Weighed myself today on the shops shipping scale since a home scale isn'st up to the task. it says 343lbs. Last month I weighed myself and ws at 354lbs, so maybe something is happening, guess i will know more next week when I hit that scale again.
