I'm learning to associate how my body and mind feels with what I've eaten. I don't like the way I feel when I put garbage in my body. I love the way I feel when I've made healthy choices. Now I just need to think about that before I decide what to eat. I also need to get back in the habit of logging in and tracking what I eat.
My new mantra: I am thin, happy, healthy, active, and beautiful.
