Today I challenged myself. 90 minutes on the stationary bike!! Outcome: 21.50 miles and 409 calories burned!! I'm not gonna lie it kicked my ass but it felt gooood. It's amazing how much i always hated exercise and now it feels like i can't go a day without. Good morning everyone have a gorgeous weekend🌹🌹🌹
