Kat, Do you like spicy food? Have you tried the Kimchi from Costco? I started putting an ounce of it in my salad every night and now it's what I look forward to the most. It's too spicy for me on it's own. You should try it if you haven't and you can eat spicy stuff.

Bear, I love spicy food, but I’m obsessed with the balsamic vinegar at the moment. I will try the kimchi once I’m out of this particular obsession.

I used to be scared of it. But I found out it was in Thai food (which I love!!!) So I opened my mind to it. Not for everyone though.
