Well - what can I say. No progress in a week. I can't pretend Im not disappointed. I am. To make such radical changes and not see the scale move is really - not cool. But, I will be happy that 1) Ive managed to actually do this again for more than a week now. 2)my body is efficiently running without sugars 3)my energy levels have improved dramatically in this one week. So, I may not be dropping weight (yet) but I'm still doing what is good for my body. *cheers*
