Well - what can I say. No progress in a week. I can't pretend Im not disappointed. I am. To make such radical changes and not see the scale move is really - not cool.
But, I will be happy that 1) Ive managed to actually do this again for more than a week now. 2)my body is efficiently running without sugars 3)my energy levels have improved dramatically in this one week.
So, I may not be dropping weight (yet) but I'm still doing what is good for my body.

Progress isn't always seen just on the scale. Just because the scale doesn't move doesn't mean that things aren't happening in your body. I had a friend go down 4 sizes and didn't see the scale move for a couple of months. If you are on plan, then the scale will catch up. Stay hydrated. Stay active. Stay on plan and keep going.
