Measurable: A target should always be measurable.

If you set a goal, you must be able to monitor your efforts. Most weightloss goals automaticly have this. But in combination with tomorrows letter 'behaviorable' it will be quite the challenge. You will see that tomorrow.

examples of wrong targets:
1. i want to diet.
2. i want to reduce kcal a day.
3. i want to be the best version of ME.
examples of measurable targets:
1. i want to lose 30 kilo!
2. i want to weigh no more then 60 kilo.
3. I want a BF% of 20 or below.
