Well I decided to not go hiking today after all. First I got to thinking about thunderstorms and being a couple of miles downSTREAM and the possibilities of flash flooding but the main clincher was the lower left leg cramping that woke me up and seemed like forever to go away. So instead I think that I will drive over to San Pedro today and re-explore the battleship Iowa which is a real workout, trust me.

I will put up a photo and details of my "hike" on the U.S.S. Iowa later today and details of any possible meals that might occur ;-)

Edit: Decided to drive out to look at a cheap storage place about 65 miles away so no battleship museum visit after all. Took a nap upon my return and when I woke up watched a little tv and finished off this HUGE chicken and vegetable soup. Secret ingredients included cabbage, green beans, calabasas and carrots. Had one corn tortilla and about a quarter of a mango as well. Now I think I had better hop on the exercise bike.

186.9 lb Lost so far: 22.1 lb.    Still to go: 6.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
