I'm trying, just can't seem to break the cycle.... Added more veggies, no success. Time to back off more.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I completely understand. Feeling VERY discouraged

Very frustrating... I know I need to cut out the soda, so that is the first to go. If I can, I'm going only 3 cans all day if I have my way. I had 54 ounces all day yesterday so that would help I'd think. Going to slowly whittle back so my migraines don't occur.

Eliminating sodas could do the trick. You are wise to taper off, though. I have heard from others with a soda habit that eliminating them really helped get the weight loss going. Sodas are just bad, even (maybe especially) diet. The carbonation promoted bone loss. You don't need that!
