During the last 3 weeks I did not use this journal. Hopefully I will get into using it again. I gained 7 lbs. while on vacation in New York city and LA. Also I have trouble controlling my eating especially on shabbos. I also stopped exercising for 3 weeks. Hopefully with training for an insulin pump and using it I will have incentive to lose weight and have better diabetes control.
