Weighed in after 10 days. Begun at 174.50. Today 174.60

Been strictly sticking to my diet, exercising everyday 30-60 mins, lifting weights 20 mins, Lowered my caloric intake from 2700 to 1300 or less.

No weight loss......I thought I would at least lose 2 lbs.

All I can think of is I haven't drank my 8 cups of water per day....

That doesn't sound right, Tina. I have been up and down and all over the place but if you have stuck to your meals and have been on target with 1300 calories a day, you had to drop a pound. You may have something else going on - have you had your thyroid checked lately?
