Hello everyone!!! Well unless I have a 'no-loss' week (or worse a 'gain-wekk'), next week I should actually be below 200 lbs which was my 2nd biggest goal when I started in March 2014. It has been a real struggle, but feels so good to have come this far. I still have quite a bit to go though and this part will be the hardest yet. Up until now I have not had to exercise very hard (or even at all) to lose. But after losing 121 lbs my body is now slowing down. It does NOT want to give up the rest. I am going to have to do exercise almost every day because my calorie allotment is now 1500/day. The lowest it can go is 1200/day. So I will have to pick up the slack with exercise. Ugh!!! But I intend to persevere so it has to be done. Have not yet decided if I will join a gym or not. Money is definitely an issue. I think I may start by doing a Tai Chi tape each day and go from there. I have quite a few different types of exercise dvds so I have a choice of things to try. I hope all of you are achieving your goals. Do not give up!!! I cannot wait until I can come and report to all of you that I have gotten to my next goal of 150 lbs :)
