Another weekend. I think it will be easier to be healthy since my husband is out of town! That means no eating out. Well 4 weeks until I turn 40 is helping to keep me in line too :)
141.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
