up-down, up-down...what the !#@^&...it's like I'm jumping up and down on the scale!

213.2 lb Lost so far: 31.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week

Try intermittent fasting? 11am-7pm How is your water intake? Hidden calories or sugars in products? Weighing or measuring food?

I tried looking through your journal to see what you are trying. Doing low carb myself. It is not Atkins or paleo persay. Lots of low carb veggies 20 net carbs a day. 50 fat grams and 90 protein. So fried cabbage with a little chicken. Steamed broccoli with butter and steak or pork. Cocoanut oil fat bombs. Olive oil and parm on lettuce and cucumber with chicken. Eggs any style with butter.... Over easy with the runny yolk try scooping in toasted pork rinds (doesn't take long)

You have done great, Jerry. Only three pounds to your "goal" it makes sense you will fluctuate now.

Jerry my friend.... you gotta relax... that body is not even sure what has happened to it.. so it is gonna do dummb stuff... but if you keep on and do not..I repeat do not.. give it REG FOODS even for 1 time.. it will settle down in time but be so proud and happy you are this close and let that body get used to it........remember.........keep on keepin on and RELAX and let it get set where it's at... just hang in buddy... you have done this much now let it do it's thing ok
