It's a life changing plan, it needs to adapt to your life. Have fun enjoy friends and family. If it is a "diet" then your comments could be correct. Whatever your choices are they are part of your life, you need to have a WOE and drinking that fit your life so you can play, enjoy, and live your life. Your weight graph is terrific!!!

Not sure about that krazycat, you make me feel good. I have just found what works for me and have done lots and lots of checking out so called diet plans, I do not believe they are something people can live with forever. I love love those that advocate finding a way that works for your life, I've done the yo yo too many times over the past 30 years and finally feel good without losing being on a diet but changing my life in so many ways for the better. It has been and will continue to be an interesting and enlightening journey

It is a life not a diet... Along the path you need to get to a healthy weight and fitness level which like me you have needed to change some things in your life along the way to get there. I plan on being healthy and active for a long time, I keep telling my kids at least until 104, no idea why that number, grins. For me that meant losing weight and working like a crazy woman to get fitter and then remain that way. Lost the weight now continuing to work on the fitness. It is worth every minute of the effort. Believe me Holly, I like my beer, finishing one at the moment.;) then lights out.

If you're working on a new lifestyle plan, then you enjoyed your friends and now you're going back on track. The key is moderation. However, you're program is not sabotaged by one slip or one meal you overdid. start fresh all over again the very next meal and keep going strong.
