I am very upset with myself. I haven't dieted like I should be. College started and I've been really busy. I ate wrong two days ago, and I'm still beating myself up over it. I should really get over it and continue ahead. If I do, I will get there!
I just finished all my homework, so I will fill out the rest of my diet and exercise calendar.
Tommorrow: EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE. Yes, college is a priority, but I still need to continue with a healthy lifestyle. Just because I don't have time to fix dinner, I can make healthy choices. Will start eating more salads. I need to eat spinach everyday. It is the best thing for me.
