Uck... my stomach is still bothering me. I think it has to do with the milk I started adding in my diet in the past three days. It hurt all yesterday and today - horrible lower abdomen cramps. It been pretty tough trying to exercise when every other minute I'm doubling over in pain (good thing I'm currently a full-time mom).

I don't want to weight myself for a couple more days to make sure everything has passed and I'm not bloated. I don't want a screwed up reading just cause my body doesn't take well to milk.

I WILL be exercising in a couple minutes - some aerobic dancing. I have to exercise more tomorrow too. I'm will be back eating spinach more. The salads really help me.

On a good note: Today my husband told me he's proud that I'm sticking to my diet. He's been saying that almost everyday. It really helps me through the difficult part of the day.
