more exercise than ever, but less weight loss.....
227.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's quite likely that you are gaining muscle mass, which weighs more than fat! Look at your body and how your clothes fit, not just the scale. :)

now need suspenders. all of the exercise is walking and yard work.
