So that's what happens when you do hot yoga when you're not property hydrated!!! You suck at it. I laid down probably the last 15 minutes of the standing exercises. Was just WAY to dizzy. OK. Lesson learned and I will definitely be properly hydrated tomorrow morning when I go back.

Did a sneaky peak on the scale this morning before going to hot yoga and I think I'm going to be VERY happy with this week's weight loss. I'm eating more this week - making sure I eat my minimum RDI and going over a little if I feel like it but not going over 1800 cals. Whereas I've been eating 1500-1700 making sure I don't go over the 1700 cals. I'm suspecting that with all the exercising I'm doing (2xday) that I needed to up my calories.
