Decided to cut down my carbs as from today and see if it makes any difference to my weight. Will be a bit harder for lunch as have a meeting, but will try choose something that looks like has less carbs than other dishes. The Cardio session went well and this time my right foot didn't hurt as much after my visit with John on Wed. Will see how it is on Monday when I do it again.
