First week back from vacation and I am back on track. I started going to the gym instead of doing my daily walk. I do a half hour on the treadmill, and some machines. I am hoping this will help me tone up my jiggly bits!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week
