Yesterday I went for a swim somthing I haven't done in about 10 years only my knees are that bad I thought it would help. I only swam for around 20 mins in that time I managed to do 6 lenghths of a 250 ft pool. Today my legs are very sore so will take it easy for a while but shall try and swim three times a week??????????.
