Very naughty weekend - party buffet food! Was pretty good, could have been much worse.

Wasn't hungry at all, all weekend. Not quiet so thirsty either.

Now have to get back on the Atkins-esque wagon.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
