I'm so looking forward to my vacation next week, but I'm worried that I'll undo all of my progress so far. I need the vacation though, it's been about 2 years since my last vacation and my hubby and I haven't been on a real vacation without the kids for about 7 years, I repeat I need this vacation. I guess the only thing I can do is watch my calories where I can, not overdo it, and have fun. Sigh, still 4 days to go.

Just pick the healthier choices and don't worry! My brother just got back from Ireland and he actually lost weight since he walked everywhere he went. No worries, you'll be fine, will feel refreshed and ready to deal with hardcore dieting when you get back. Have fun!
