Today (or yesterday, since it's after midnight) I did much better with my calorie intake than yesterday. I was hungry before lunch, so I ate a fiber bar to tie me over. I did have to adjust my calorie count to even it out by deleting a glass of milk I was supposed to have with dinner.
I've been sore from exercising and didn't do any exercise today - but I did do housework. So it says I burned quite a few calories.
Tomorrow: I am going to do tons of mini workouts to keep my metabolism going and going. Also, I have to start eating more salads. I need the spinach.
