So I've only been working out and dieting for about 2 weeks now and although I can't see any physical changes with my size or my weight yet- I definitely notice internal changes. Like the fact that now I can run much longer without getting tired and the miles I can run within an allotted time have increased. I can now go for about 2.5 miles in 50 minutes while running/walking which is great so I definitely know my heart is healthier. I'm just concerned because I want to lose 1 pound a week. However this is my second week and I'm at the exact same weight I was last week- which is ridiculous to think about because I know I'm getting healthier but I just want to see physical results already- but that's probably just me being impatient. Oh well.
