Well today is the Beginning I enjoyed a sermon I heard about discipline and denial. To deny oneself does make one stronger if the purpose is to go to another level. Anyone who is healthy in shape has had to deny themselves. That extra serving that extra cookie we all can not be spoiled brats. I'm ready to do this again
