Bad weekend. Starving all the time and making really poor food choices. This is just a reminder that the old me lurks just below the surface and that I could easily sabbatoge my efforts with just a few days of uncontrolled eating. The weight comes back so incredibly fast. This is a wake up call. BOP today.
258.2 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 98.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
