Starting body for life over again just finished up taking a bargain they have a funeral bunch of other stuff but anyway started over again start at 2:52 goes 3 pounds a week
252.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
