AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO SEES A LITTLE WEIGHT LOSS AND GETS COMFORTABLE AND STARTING EATING HORRIBLE AGAIN.....lol

I have learned to do the opposite - when I see loss, it motivates me to stick with the plan. I choose not to reward myself with food - I get a manicure or buy a bouquet of flowers when I do well!

Just go slow, don't try to lose "lot and fast". Also if you haven't yet, add some exercise to your daily routine. What helps me is that I workout daily basis 15-40 minutes (even at 9-10 pm!), it depends. I also take long walks with my dog just to stay active because I have sedentary job. I don't always eat the most healthy food. If it fits my macros, I'll have it (even ice cream), but I still try to stay between my daily macro intake. I also have my "bad days" where I eat whole box of fatty cookies, but I let it happen only once in 2 weeks. After that I go back to my everyday eating.

Oh and... don't give up :) get back on the horse! Keep your goals in mind!

don't give up. keep your eyes on the price. :) besides, it's healthier to lose weight slowly (max. of 2lbs per week) so you don't have to worry much about any excess skin in the future. ;) there will be down times, but that's what fatsecret is for. it helps us be aware of what we are eating.

I ment no you are not the only one, it's part of the restructuring process, start by getting rid of all bad food in your house and think about all the harm bad food has already done to your body...

Yes: if You buy well in the market, then You eat well on your table. But this is simple to whrite, not always to do .
