AAARGH! The calories for the lamb curry food item on FatSecret is incorrect. Now I'm going to use the Beef Curry item instead of lamb curry for mutton curry. This error has allowed me to eat 200 calories extra on my fast day! Shouldn't hit me too hard for my weight loss progress but always good to know where our faults lie :)

Lesson learnt! I'm getting into the habit of googling food items to see what their calories are then looking for the relevant food item on FatSecret that matches that amount of calories. I just don't know why I never did the same to the Lamb Curry food item.
