4 weeks back on the low carb WOE and what have I missed the most? BEANS! Gee, strange how our bodies can still surprise us in exciting ways.

So I listened to my body yesterday. I prepared my fav Tuscan white bean and kale soup and worked the lunch portion into my daily carb count. Success :) I think my body really appreciated that yummy fiber. . . .

Down 2 more pounds today to make my monthly total 11.5 pounds. Woohoo!!!
281.0 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
