Walk today was a mix of slow pace for warm-up and cool-down, plus about 10 minutes at a brisk (moderate) pace. I thought I was walking really fast, but apparently, it's possible to walk even faster. lol

My Vivofit tells me I only burned 41 calories total. I think next time I will also use my Polar FT4 and HRM to compare.
