Mari267's Journal, 31 July 2015

Did the same walking route/speed as yesterday, but put my Vivofit inside my sock on my ankle (without the band). Much more accurate--calories were only 10 short, and distance was .06 miles short, so pretty close. Used my Polar FT4/H1 HRM this time, and used that for my data.
Used MapMyWalk to check distance.

I have lost about a lb in the last week, but will do an official weigh-in tomorrow. :-)

My hardest thing to do after losing the weight I want in the past has been to maintain the new weight over time. Just too easy for me to fall back into bad diet/little exercise habits!

I agree, the hardest part is keeping it off. I guess that's why some people stay on here after reaching goal.
