Still no weight loss. I haven't been eating too well though. Not bad, just not good. I did do 25 minutes on the elliptical. WITHOUT STOPPING AT ALL! Now if I can just get it off the 1st setting! LOLOLOLOL!!!

Anyway, not giving up. Have a great Thursday y'all!!

Great job on the elliptical. When you are feeling good, you can always bump the level up for a minute or two then return to the 1st setting. :)
