I was doing so good fasting all day....had my delicious low carb salad and salmon to break my fast. Then....on my way out my co worker asked me if I wanted one of the TEN chocolate chip cookies they were going to throw away. There sitting on the counter was a plate full of cookies! I couldn't resist and I ate one....ruining my 24 hr fast. Now I can only do an 18 hr fast. I'm so disappointed. It's going to be harder entering ketosis if I can't resist the carbs. That cookie must have had about 50 carbs!! Oy!
