Fasting was good....went from 9 last night until 6 this evening. I broke my fast with lemon pepper boneless chicken breasts and Brussel sprouts. I speed walked home from work which was okay but I really need to incorporate some high intensity interval training. I'm still not ready for that though. Did not crave sugar today so that was exciting!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
